Welcome to the BedfordEsquires MySpace page. Since Esquires opened it's doors almost twenty years ago, the dressing rooms have been graced by the likes of Coldplay (twice!), Muse, Franz Ferdinand, The Libertines, Lost Prophets, Travis, Supergrass, The Beautiful South, Graham Coxon, Elbow, Super Furry Animals, Bloc Party, Klaxons, Editors and many more. In recent months Esquires has hosted gigs by many of the hottest new bands, such as Jack Penate, Les Savy Fav, Hadouken!, Los Campesinos, Lightspeed Champion, Art Brut, Joe Lean and the Jing Jong Jang, Late of the Pier, Enter Shikari, Shy Child and Glasvegas.
Esquires is also host to regular club nights. On a Friday you can dance the night away at the Fuzzbox, playing the 'greatest hits of Esquires', and on a Saturday the place to be seen is the Kaleidoscope, playing all the latest alternative tunes from the hit parade. If that isn't enough for you, there are regular 'impromptu' nights catering to all tastes, metal, brit pop, motown & northern soul nights regularly featuring in the listings.
