Hailing from Upstate NY, and slowly emerging from an underrated local music scene, Heal These Wounds have found themselves standing firmly at the front lines of a quickly growing positive metal movement. After forming in late 2005, Heal These Wounds began playing shows in and around their hometown of Albany, NY. Sharing the stage with acts such as: Hatebreed, Bury Your Dead, All That Remains, Shadows Fall, Darkest Hour, Emmure, Haste the Day, August Burns Red, A Life Once Lost and many others. The Band released "Deconstruct the Confines" in July 2006, and since have toured extensively to support the self-released EP. HTW has been hard at work writing and recording new material for their next release. With their remaining time, the band has been playing as many shows as they can find.
